so i confess...the reason i couldn't make it today is b/c my 24 hour fitness buddies miss me and wanted me to do our usual sat morning workout with them...So i've been doing that class for literally like 2 years (i think) and I couldn't move up in the heavy weights doing more than 8 lbs for all reps and those would kill me after an hour. today i did the 10 lbs and it was a good workout but hardly broke a sweat!
